Already 150 of 224 bodies of Russian Passenger Plane Found


150 bodies have been found around the fuselage-owned airline Kogalymavia KGL 9248 that fell in the mountains of Sinai, Egypt, Saturday (31/10/2015).

Similarly, a local security official stated. Egyptian authorities have confirmed there are no survivors from the 217 passengers and 7 crew this fateful.

Included in this are 17 passenger aircraft children. Passengers carrying 214 Russian nationals, two Ukrainians and one Belarussian.

Airbus A321 itself was on its way from the tourist area of Sharm El-Sheik, Egypt toward St. Petersburg, the second largest city in Russia.


The plane lost contact 23 minutes after taking off from Sharm El-Sheikh. According to reports, when contact was lost, the aircraft was at an altitude of 31,000 feet.

The plane broke into two. One fault on fire, while the other hit a reef break.

Before it lost contact, pilots had requested an emergency landing at the nearest airport due to technical problems. It is said the accident investigation team leader, Ayman al-Mokadem.
