The latest laws and regulations related to the smoking ban set in the region of England and Wales.
From now on, smoking in cars carrying children will be subject to fines ranging from 30 to 200 euros.
Rules were originally banned smoking in private vehicles in the middle of the night, now set provisions regarding the prohibition of smoking in any enclosed vehicle that brings people under the age of 18 years.
Offenders caught will be given a warning and a fine of 50 euros. Fines will only be charged 30 euros if paid before the two weeks since got a ticket. In fact, a maximum fine of up to 200 euros if found guilty in a court of law.
The rule does not apply to open-topped vehicles, or the hood can be opened and closed.
In these rules, stated if a car roof is open, then legalized passengers or riders to smoke, even though there are small children in the back seat.
However, the rule does not apply to vehicle types sunroof. Because, in spite of its kind sunroof, the car is still relatively closed vehicles.
The law also applies to mobile homes (motorhomes), car camping (campervans), until the caravan while being used as a vehicle. However, does not apply when the vehicle is being used as guest accommodation.
However, do not worry, if you do not know about the new rules, the police does not necessarily give a penalty.
Police and local authorities have been told to enforce the law immediately. However, if one is not already know, it will be a plea to not repeat it.
What about the electronic cigarette in the car? The new law does not ban the electronic cigarette in the car even though there were children.
