England Will Start Doing Graft Uterus


British doctors are allowed to carry 10 first uterus transplant, following the success of the procedure in Sweden.
Ethics committee approval was granted as part of a clinical trial, and will be implemented in the spring - the final quarter of next year.
Around 5000 women born without a uterus, and partly lost her uterus because of cancer.
If the experiment is successful, the first English baby from the uterus slips will be born late in 2017 or 2018.
The first babies of the mothers womb transplant recipients, born in Sweden last year.
Already more than 100 women have been identified as potential candidates for the graft recipient uterus.
Dr Richard Smith, a gynecologist at Queen Charlotte and Chelsea Hospital, London, who has been working on the project selama19 year, will lead the transplant team.
He said the technique would provide hope for those who can not have children except by adoption and surogasi -kehamilan in the womb volunteers.
